Unhappy rain fall
I'm looking for a web site to download rain fall, I beleave this is the name of the program. The program idles CPU to keep running cooler.

I don't get some BS:

How can you make your cpu to be idle if there is a need some data to be processed?
If you don't do nothing on your PC- cpu would be idle(well, almost)

How software can cool down cpu? IMHO- just by closing some apps that no need to run.
