Have you tried going into Services and starting the service?

Fix Error 1075 while starting Print Spooler service

Another option to try would be a system restore to a date/time when it was still working.

Did you try the application in the link provided by glc?

Using "regedit", search through the registry for all occurences of "spooler". Paging through the many occurrences of "Spooler" that occur in the registry, you may find some that have "depends on" entries for a de-installed Lexmark service, something like "LexBCeS". Editing these entries to remove the dependency. Reboot, see if the spooler restarts.
