uTorrent Speed Crashes
Anyone else having trouble with uTorrent lately?
My downloads will start out fast (for 10 minutes or so) then the speed will crash to about 12 kB/sec and stay at there. I have noticed this on a different ISPs all over the country. The same torrent downloads fine with Vuze, but the speed always crashes on uTorrent. I've done lots of Google-ing, and tried many suggestions, but no help.

No system changes, no new installed software.
Running Vista Home Premium SP2 32-bit and the latest build of uTorrent. I've had the speed crashes with the latest few builds. I'm going to grab an older build and see if that changes things... |
