Unable to open e-mail messages
Why am I now unable to open messages in my Inbox. I am running Windows 8 with Windows Live Mail and also a third party e-mail client. All I get is a message saying: A PROBLEM OCCURED WHILE TRYING TO OPEN MESSAGE.
Previously when I was running Windows XP, there was no problem and I could open the messages easily. My Service Provider has been unable to resolve the issue and says that I should contact Microsoft. I have done just that but in vain. Telephone calls remain unanswered. Can anyone pinpoint the problem? Thanks.
