changing picture-status
I have a collection of Formula1-Wallpapers(663 pieces, all diffrerent!) but some of them are Bitmap-pictures and other are JPEG-pictures.
Now I want to change the Bitmap-pictures into JPEG. But I really don't know how to do that, I hope some1 does! |

McLarenfan,
Do you have a imaging program? If not, I recommend Irfanview and its free. It will change your .bmp to .jpg without any problems. Or to any other file ext. you prefer. Carl |

Another great program is ACDSEE, it's a shareware, but if you buy it you'll get every you need for managing your images, except professional editing of course.

With Microsoft Office there comes a program called Microsoft Photo Editor. If it's not installed yet then just add it.
This program is simple. Just load your bmp file into it and save it as JPEG (you also can choose the quality level of the jpeg). HTH RJ
