Lightbulb Is this some problem?

I was just at the pcmech.com homepage and as I was sitting here fixing my font size, I noticed that the website was scrolling down... has this happened to anyone? It scrolled down slowly and I tried to go to the forums and it was down too far to see so I xed out and went to forum.pcmech.com and I got a waol.exe error message. is this some error in the site or is it my computer? it hasn't happened in any other website for me though.
