I have Word ver. 10.2627.2625 I can't find the symbol for pi. Does anybody know where it is or where I can find it?

Hi lobsterclaw,
Is it not under the Insert > Symbol menu? |

I have looked. I have even looked under different font. There are fraction symbols, plus minus and other various math signs but no pi.

Try running charmap - I found a pi symbol in Times New Roman in there, you can copy it to clipboard and paste into anything.

?
heh - it pastes as a ? here but as a perfect pi in Word, trust me. I'm running Win2K and it defaults to Unicode. Last edited by glc; 07-19-2002 at 12:36 AM. |
