Encarta Reference Library 2003 & Windows media problem
When in Encarta 2003 I go to pictures, some will show up and some will be blank with just an x in the top left corner.
I will go to see some videos and some will play and other will pop-up with an error message saying "No internet connection or network present".
I know that it doesn't use the internet for these functions because I got online & opened Encarta 2003 and I was still having the same problems.
