Corel software question
Does anyone here use Corel Draw software? Corel Painter works with my son's drawing pads and as he can't draw with both hands I'd like to use his old Sketch Board for photo retouching. Would "Draw 8.0" be a good choice for photo retouching? I have Paint Shop Pro but the Sketch Board doesn't work properly with it.

Hi jamesrpm,
Draw is pretty price, if I remember right. Amazon.com has Draw 10 for $434 US. Staying with PSP may not be a bad idea, as I run Paint Shop Pro 7.04 and it works fine with my Watcom tablet. Which version are you running? there may be an upgrade or patch for your current verion. HTH TwoRails |

I'm using PSP 7.0 , I'll go look for a patch , although this Sketch Board was actually made for kids it seems to work ok with Corel.
http://63.66.211.14/sketchboard/index.html I can get Corel Draw 9.0 OEM for 34.99 from Eagle software http://saveateaglestore.site.yahoo.net/corel.html I may just not know how to operate the board properly in PSP , it is a very feature rich program. I'll do some more looking before jumping. Thanks, Jamesrspm |

Nice links, jamesrpm!
The sketch board is bigger than my Wacoms tablet! And, at that price, I might even pick up a copy of Draw!!! TwoRails |
