Internet Explorer

This is just weird, but what happened was : My computer was loosing all the resources, I had 4 windows of IE open. I closed them all, I restarted the comp, opened IE, and hey where the heck did the toolbar go?

I am serious, the yahoo one is up there, but the other one including files, goto and everything else is gone! Any ideas?

Apparently your settings weren't saved. About all you can do is right click on the toolbar and put them back up there. If you don't think it was anything you were doing. You should probably run a virus scan and maybe search for trojans on your system.

Can you take a screen shot? I have to see this one. Is it in full screen mode or something silly like that?

Respectfully,

Demosthenes

Demosthenes, you beat me to it. I was just going to ask if it was in full screen too. Try hitting F11 Sauron and see if it comes back.

Um

Part of it did! At least I got my back button! I am running a 1.6 Northwood system, with 128 meg of 800 RDRAM, and I have IE 6.

EDIT : I can't put the file on here Its too big!. But I am sure you can amagine a blank screen, with a tiny line just below the blue line, the tital line, whatever you wish to call it. When you get onto a site, a scroll bar appears with the Yahoo bar! IT TOTALLY SUX.

(sorry Dok, but its true)

JPEG or GIF compress. Half the size or something. I would really like to see that.

Now that you have the back button, do what Tuf said and right click in a blank space on the toolbar. There should be stuff like "address bar" or something (hate IE) and little check marks. Try rechecking everything if that should work.

Respectfully,

Demosthenes

Well, I got a screenshot saved, so if you have aim or something, get on and I will send it to you. I had to resize everything! All the toolbars were in the wrong place, they were all in the first line!
