is it possible to record exe files onto a cdrom

You mean burn to a CD? Sure, it's no different than any other file.

exe files may need other files in order to work, if you burn the exe file of a game, and then try to run the game on another system, it'll never run (I don't mean game copying, it's just an example).
So make sure that the exe file doesn't need other files in order to work. exe files downloaded from the Internet will work after burning. |
