I would like to know does office XP have Frontpage installed in it.

Not normally, the only version of Office that comes with front page is Developer. Most people who use front page buy it as a stand alone product.

Pro comes with fromtpage as an optional component ie. Pro or Pro with Frontpage. Pro+ has it as a standard.
