where should i go to do that? i want to know how to seperate one large wav file into smaller wav files without cutting and pasteing. i know there is someway to just mark where you want it to be cut up or something. but i dont know how. thanks!

You can use makers to establish your in/out points and then copy the waveform between those points to a new file.
You know, Sound Forge comes with a pretty good help file and on-line users manual. Since it's a pretty sophisticated piece of software that is professional in it's very nature, I'd suggest reading through both. -Craig |
