Lately i went to a music sites trying to download some music, after I download and using Window Media Player to play the music. A message prompt up "You canj't transcode this file because its protected with DRM Technology, The content you are accessing require an addition level of security. In order, to play you will need to update your Digital Rigth Managment installation" what is DRM technology, what do i need to do so i can play the music file and download the file, and what software do i need to download, or what decoder or encoder that i can decode the level of security, please help

DRM is basically a form of copyright protection. I have never heard of that error message before, but obviously the song you downloaded is protected in such a way as to prevent people from playing it without paying.
Try a different app. If it was an mp3, use a program like Winamp. |

What music site are you getting these songs from? If they are using some form of copyright protection, they should tell you what it is about.
