Columns in MS Access
I am currently working on a report that many pieces of
data. I want the data to wrap to the next column. I used set the column number to 3 (in Page Setup. It is wrapping to the next column except I have 2 issues I need to resolve. 1. The 2nd and 3rd columns of data begin at the group header instead of the detail area when printed and viewed. The report looks sloppy because the 1st points of data are aligned horizontally. 2. I would like to see the group header to repeat on the 2nd and 3rd column if it is a continuation from the last column. Any help you can offer would be appreciated. Mandy . |

I think it might be a spacial issue. Drag the cols out or double click on the col header to format the col.
