I use both. Each program has features the other doesn't. They are both small in size and do a lot for the space they take up. Besides, they're free and if you feel you don't need one or the other, uninstall it. Carl |

Can / should I run these in safe mode?
What difference would it make if any? Also, should I run scanreg with some options before or after one or both of these programs, and if so, what options should I use or avoid? Thanks, David. |

I've never run either one in safe-mode. With Easy Cleaner, I only run "Unnecessary Files" and "Clean Registry". I run Scanreg /fix as my last operation in my maintenance routine. Carl |
