What's the best free software out there to record CDs into mp3s? Thanks!

Music Match Jukebox
I found Music Match Jukebox easier to interact with, just my 2 cents.

Another vote for CDex. Hands down the best I've used.

Is CDex true freeware? Or is it limited in some way, like a trial??
I would like to have it, but I don't like trial software. |

Just buy the top of the line sound card from creative and get a sound card with the MP3 encoding/decoding chip and it comes with its own MP3 software. That way the MP3's are hardware encoded.
