Unhappy Viewing emails

Does anybody know of a program that can let me view a list of new emails on a mail server and their size prior to downloading them and possibly select which ones are downloaded?

Eudora (www.eudora.com) has a feature to download only headers and either delete or download the mails you want; the good thing about that is that u can set what the maximum size of the mail should be beyond which Eudora will just download a header.

OE also has this feature.
On any e-mail program you should disable the preview panel and Dl'd headers only.

MailWasher is a nice program.
