Does anybody know of a utility to convert Wordperfect files to Word format? I've got hundreds that I would like to convert.

I am assuming that using Word itself was not an option, this link is a paid service that you might want to check out

http://www.tagwrite.com/wordperfect.htm.

As an aside I was just in Minneapolis for 2 weeks and loved it, am seriously thinking about relocating, thoughts? (yeah I know it gets cold, this is more of a plus, I lived in San Antonio TX and they do not have 'cold' , am now in Boston)

I could use Word, but like I said, I have several hundred WordPerfect files, so I don't want to open each one in Word to do the conversion.

As for moving to Minneapolis, I really like it here. Four real seasons, lots of recreational activities, good employment, and in general a very good quality of life: Minnesota consistently ranks near the top. Only bad thing that I can think of is that the area is very sprawled out, so you need a car for everything.

How ironic: my wife and I were just in Boston on vacation and she wants to move there!

OK, how about this 30 day trial for the crosswords utility?

"Since its first release in 1998, CrossWords has helped to ease firms’ transitions from WordPerfect to Word. Written in large part in response to customer feedback, version 2.6 provides expanded functionality and integration capabilities.

If you want any info, opinions etc from Boston area let me know, I check into forum several times a day and check for messages

edit, this is crazy, my boss just handed me two floppies to convert to excel
