WMP 9 is bad! No uninstall and it takes like 1 minute to switch to another video... But it has fast mp3 switching.

9 has a few bugs, the most noticeable being a loss of audio when moving to the next song. you need to stop and restart the song to hear it. but it is a beta. as for uninstalling, well Xion is right. The only thin to do is use system restore which works well, beta 9 creates a restore point by default for this reason.

Looks like you are a proud Media Player 9 customer or a candidate for a reinstall.

Has anyone else noticed a performance difference between the latest Real One player and WMP 8? Real One seems to use up a hell of a lot more system performance than Media Player. Strange :S

Real Player has always been a resource hog. I can't wait for a player that looks about like Media Player 6 that plays everything and doesn't pester me or install crap all over my computer. It amazes me that real audio claims they have 700,000 paid subscribers. I thought everyone hated them and hunted down there additional features and deleted them.

I think the reason they have that many paid subscribers is because AOL force feeds the free player along with all their other crap.

That would make sense. AOL and Real Audio are about equally offensive.
