need a hard drive scrubber

i need something like nortons wipe info but for windows 2000. i need it to wipe frre and slack space with the goverment standard. im giving a HD to a friend and i dont want him to be able to find anything on it. thanks

Get Zero Fill from www.bootdisk.com and run it with a Win98 Bootdisk also available from the site. It will wipe the drive clean.
