Does Adobe Photoshop 7 support multithreading for PCs?

Photoshop has had multi-threading for PC's for the NT platform since version 3.

It's had multi-threading, but from what I've heard, it doesn't impressively improve performance. If I remember right, the few times I've read about it, the feature was non-impressive by reviewers... Don't know if v7 is any better... A Web search should find some benchmarks showing the performance increase...
