Kodak DC3400

I am having problems with downloading pictures off my Kodak DC3400. I am downloading them into Photoimpression 2000, but it keeps locking up.
I recently put in a new hard drive and have reloaded the software. It worked fine before on the old hard drive.

Thanks
Scott

I hate the software they give you for offloading cameras. If your camera has removable media, I always recommend a USB card reader, then just insert the media and copy/paste to the hard drive. The card reader comes up in My Computer as a removable drive.
