Photos on a Playable VCD
I have got lot of help from your forum and I am very thank ful to all of you guys in PC Mech.
I came to know that there is a software to make PHOTO CDs which will play on any VCD player. Can any one help me in getting a software?? This may be a CD burning software along with Photo VCD option. Please help. Regards Srinath |

Yep. A VCD with MPEG stills.
Get the nice, good, and free VCDEasy from www.vcdeasy.org Read the tutorial here: http://www.vcdhelp.com/forum/userguides/92056.php Then you should be able to make your photo cds ![]() RJ

Thank you very much for your help and guidance.It was a great software-VCD easy.
Later from another of my friend I got the info that making a Photo CD playable on any VCD player is possible with Nero Burning Rom- a CD burning software. In fact I found it very easy to make Photo CD using Nero. I found it cumbersome to do the same in VCD easy. If any body wanted to do the same, they can try this .If any other software is available ,I would like to know. Thanks once again. Regards Srinath |

I know about Nero, but I didn't mention this because Nero does the job not very good with VCD and SVCD. VCDeasy does its job better than Nero, since it's freeware I recommend VCDeasy over Nero for anyone who wants to make VCD and SVCD.
