DriveImage 2002...
Seems like a great product, but as i don't have all the parts for my new computer and i don't have the HD space to find out more about it on this computer...
I was hoping to get Partition Magic in the few next days, but i know Partition Magic 8 is not too far away. When i was looking through the DriveImage 2002 book i noticed something called "Disk Operations", a tool to work with and manage the partitions on your hard drive. So, a couple of questions: - Can you letter partitions on WindowsXP to anything that you want? (eg: Z:, S:, etc) - Is this as good at Partitioning the HD as Partition Magic? Would i be able to use it without any problems for the time being then get Partition Magic - In general, how big are drive images? I'll be using the highest compression, but i might schedual backups to be put on the HD every 3 weeks. And.. If i put the image on another HD partition can i still use disk spanning (because i'll probably copy the images to CDrs when i have the time). Sorry for all the question but i'd like to be very perpared for my new computer ![]() Thanks you! |
