Jimmie,
Are you talking about report headers and footers? Open the report in Design view and edit away. Is there somethiing specific you need to do? Hope that helps. The Old Man |

OK, no problem. Could you be a little more specific? The heading as it appears on a report? The heading as it appears in the datasheet view? The heading as it appears in an import/export operation?

Ok the header shows up under print preview as “student” and it print’s the header as well, but does not show up in any other view. I don’t have the report only a copy of the table in which I had to edit some entries and with all of our work we have been required to put our name, date and course # in the header and I can’t figure this out.

Sorry Jimmie,
I fel asleep last night and then got called out on an emergency today. You've got two choices. You can either change the default header, which it appears is not the same in 2K and XP and I haven't found where it is yet. Or you can just create a report with the header you want. Using the wizard is very simple. I'll keep looking for the default header location and get back as soon as I find it. The Old Man |
