graphic/animated type software
I am looking for some software that will take a normal picture and turn it into a cartoon-like image, almost animated looking. its kinda like the commercial for the Pontiac Vibe, but i dont need any animation type software, just for graphics. does anyone know of any software like this?

Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, Canvas, Painter, even Kai's Power Goo....Any good photo editor or graphic manipulation program is capable of what you want to do -- it comes down to how much would you like to spend and how detailed do you want the program to get?
