Video Editing help -URGENT!!

Hi all,

I ran into a problem while editing video with Pinnacle's studio 7 software. I'm trying to put to clips into a project I'm doing. The first one was done at 24.00 fps (it was something I downloaded off the internet), but the 2nd what's (coming off the DV camcorder) is being captured at 29.97 fps. Problem is I can't mix and match these while putting together my project. So my question is as follows: Is there any software out there that will let me convert the 29.97 fps capture to 24.00fps, so I can use it? I checked and with the software I can either capure at 14..xx frames or 29.97, nothing inbetween. I need to have this project done by tomorrow, so any help you can give me is appreciated. TIA!

Well, I figured it out. Downloaded a program called TMPGEnc, and that let me convert the 29.97 fps video to 24fps. Thanks for looking.
