Can't install Visual Studio and can't uninstall it! Help!

I installed Visual Studio successfully long time ago and make a Ghost backup. Today I recover the Ghost image but the Visual C++ of Visual Studio could not be opened. I tried to uninstall, but it said it misses some files. So I tried to install again, it installed as usual. However, at the end of installation process, it said installation was NOT successful.

So I cannot use it, I cannot reinstall it and also cannot uninstall it. I am very confused about the problem. Please help...... I am tried with this problem.
