problem in sending mail from Word

Dear Friends,

We have about 200 computers interconnect with LAN and we have our own server and internal mail with Microsoft Exchange 5 as the mail server. all the nodes are cofigured with Exchange client and the related address book.

Now I want to send a letter which is typed in MS Word 2000 to another client directly from Word. There is an icon to send it. But if the icon is clicked, we get the dialog box 'to whom it should be sent'. But we donot get the MS Exchange address book. How to configure this for getting the adress is the question. Please help me.
