Outlook Express

I have a number of email addresses and for each a different SIGNATURE file. In Outlook Express when setting up the Signature Files you can pair each one off with the appropriate email account.

How do you do this in OUTLOOK ? I can only find the option there to set up and edit the signature files and set one as default but no option to pair them off with the corresponding email account.

Thank you.

No that's not what I mean. In OE you can have say 5 Email Accounts and set up 5 Signature Files and set it up so that it AUTOMATICALLY adds in Signature File 1 with Email Account 1, Signature File 2 with email account 2 etc.

Cannot find an option for this in Outlook.

Use 1 email account for personal use and have a signature for this with private phone number, one for each of the 3 businesses I run and 1 for a vintage car club I am Secretary of so when sending out emails want it to add in AUTOMATICALLY the appropriate signature with corresponding phone and url's.

Somewhere on this page:http://search.support.microsoft.com/...fxSearch_Query there should be the instructions you're looking for.
