video to image converter?
Is there a program that can take a video (such as an .avi) and give you it's frames as individual images (such as .jpg)?

You can use VirtualDub import a .avi, edit down to the frame(s) you want and then export to a .bmp sequence.
Otherwise most commercial video editors (Adobe Premiere, Avid ExpressDV, Pinnacle Studio, Sonic Foundry VideoFactory...) allow you to export one or more video frames as whatever you want. -Craig |
