Do any of you guys out there use Mozilla? If you do, please tell me what you think and how it compares to IE. Thanks.

I use Mozilla only and it is a heckuva lot better than IE. Just the ability to block pop-ups is more than enough reason to use it. It doesn't share the security vulnerabilities of IE, it has Type-Ahead Find, tabbed browsing...all in all, it is a much better browser than the one put out by M$.

I have used it for about 6 months. It's a really good browser, but I would really like to see it get faster.

I'm with doctorgonzo -- in every respect it's better than IE. The only time it really has any issues are pages that are so heavly coded in M$ garbage that only IE will work (so I just e-mail the webmaster telling that how upset I am that they can't code with anything but M$ Frontpage and that I won't be returning any time soon).

Ditto what doctorgonzo and audiyoda said.

Mozilla's ability to stop pop up ads is enough to keep me using it.

Use mozilla myself also. Pretty much don't have any other complaints than already stated, not as compatible with all sites. The occasional webpage is somewhat messed up, though nothing major (take for instance the gap at www.ncix.com though just have scroll a little thats all). The tabbed browsing (i use it alot) and pop-up stopper more than make up for its short comings. Plus the integrated IRC, mail, newsgroup, composer etc. Though i don't use them myself. Oh yah its FREE!

I tried Mozilla for awhile and I really liked it. I especially like the tabbed windows. It worked well for the sites I visit.

It was slower than IE6 on my machines. I use what amounts to Earthlink's popup blocker and it does a good job and is customizable.

I still like IE6 better, maybe because I am so used to keyboard shortcuts. But if I like the tabbed interface well to potentially make the switch. All in all I think it's a great browser. I haven't used the newer versions Opera but I used to think it was probably the best browser out there.
