New FREE AV program.
You gotta try this. I just installed it and ran it. Found 16 infected files that AVG and Norton didn't. Believe it. They really were infected.
The coolest interface (if you like green), voice prompts, lots of easy to configure stuff, free registration, free BBS support, free updates. It makes AV scanning and virii snuffing fun even! http://gladiator-antivirus.com |

Interesting product. It seems to work pretty well for alpha software. It also installed and ran fine with Norton AV running at the same time. I am not sure about it's findings though. It found 47 or so what it called packed viruses Eicar-Test-Signature. The files that it found were actually .dat files that were updates for McAfee AV not actually viruses.

Heh, now you know what happens when you run 2 AV programs at the same time. One thinks the others .dat sig files are viruses (virii?).

Actually the dat files were from a McAffee Groupshield Exchange Server product. It ignored the Norton files though.
