I need a good an spyware free WAV to MP3 proggie
Any suggestions?

Another vote for CDex...but you might also want to take a look at Exact Audio Copy too.
Check out Audio Tools UK for more PC audio related software.  Cricket

If you just want a wav to MP3 prog (it doesn't burn CD's) try Lame. I think it's available at www.zdnet.com

I use Exact Audio Copy and Lame. I have it set up to rip WAV files from CDs, and then automatically encode to MP3s overnight. It is a pretty good system.

I always like MP32Wav and you can get it on ZDNE or Cnet
