cd-rw software
i have a racer cd-rw bare bones. i'm looking for software for it. i went to nero, but racer wasn't listed in it's support list. Anyone have any other ideas for software?

Don't know what a Racer is? If it is an Acer it is likely a Lite-On drive. If not it is probably that or another brand repackaged. Even the 48X Sonys are Lite-On drives with firmware to make them show up as Sony. Some of the repackagers even use Plextor drives when they can get them cheap. If I were you, I would try Nero and if it doesn't like the drive, then go for Roxio or maybe even a freebie download until you find something that works. The only drive I have had, and I have tried quite a few different brands and speeds, that Nero wouldn't work with was an old 4X Phillips.

Most of the Drives are rebadged so nero will probably work.
