how to remove mpeg , jpeg from HD

I want to remove permently any files to do with mpg, jpeg,mpeg from my hard drive , i was using my work laptop and by accidently i some how got on to a porn site where iwas able toview mpeg for free since i am on broad band i could'nt help it


if my boss finds out i am stack fired , so please help me how can i permently remove these files are there any programs freeware that will do the job

You want to remove ALL jpeg and jpg files??

I would do a search, select the ones that you don't want and then delete. Follow up with emtying the recycle bin.

First... "Accidentally, I somehow"... pffff yeah right

I would first definitely right click on Internet Explorer --> Properties --> Clear History (click yes). Then "Delete Cookies" and "Delete Files" (tick the box for Deleting all offline content as well)
