Here's an email I received from Craig (audiyoda) earlier today regarding this topic:
Hey Timo, I noticed a post in PCM's general software forum on converting WMA file to MP3 files. Thought I'd help out a bit. Advanced WMA Workshop Audio Conversion Wizard All to mp3 Converter Advanced Encode Decode Tools Acoustica MP3 Audio Mixer Media Jukebox They are all demo or shareware. The only freeware converter that I'm aware of is dbPowerAmp Music Converter (program should still be freeware but it has many plugins or what they call Power Packs which are shareware). Of the list Media Jukebox is said to be the best at converting WMA to MP3. -Craig |
