prn files (printer files) conversion and viewing?

Context: you know how when you select "print" on a web page using Windows (I have XP), you have the option to "print to file" in a PRN format?

Is there a way to view these *.prn files on the computer screen? Maybe convert them to HTML (or RTF or whatever)?

Thanks!
Phil

PRN files contain raw printer data, so the contents of the file is specific to the printer it was "printed" to. Thus, there is no easy way to reverse the process, except by actually sending the data to the printer and seeing what comes out.
