Software Question

\Does anyone know of any good software programs that can convert and burn AVI/Divx etc to VCD

Yup,
TMPGEnc is pretty good, its just converts to VCD or SVCD format, plenty of options to play with or as simple as picking the source file and choosing the desired format.

A trial verion can be found at www.TMPGEnc.net

If you use Nero to do your burns it has a built in VCD encoder and by buying an add on you can also encode in SVCD, but whenever I encode VCD disks using nero the audio and video loose sync.
