Unhappy Nero - can't close my CDs?

How the heck do you CLOSE a CD in Nero (5.5, latest updates installed)? It gives me the option to select NO Mulitsession, and Finalize Disc (under options before I burn).. but when I pop the burned disc in another PC, or even Medium Info in Nero, its still read as 'writable'.. why won't it CLOSE?! This is driving me insane. Anyone else ever see this?

This is a data CD.. on TDK 700MB media (32x max) burned at 8x on my Plextor 8/4/32, with all the latest firmware and latest updates for Nero. Thanks for any info! I'm losing my mind here ...

As long as you are choosing finalize, you shouldn't have a problem.
