where are my emails?!?!?
Hi All, I need a bit of help... I have an old HD that I need to get some an email off of... i have windows XP... and using outlook express...i custom built a comp not long ago and forgot to get my emails off of the old hd... now i need an email from the old hd but dont know where to get it from? any ideas? thanks
just to recap... i have my new comp up and running and just attached the OLD hard drive so i could get some the email off of it... |

In XP OE puts the messages in this location:
X:\Documents and Settings\User Name\Local Configuration\Program Data\Identities\{AC16B48A-FB0F-4508-B800-04FF00CE75A7}\Microsoft\Outlook Express\ Where X is the drive. Note that the {AC16B48A-FB0F-4508-B800-04FF00CE75A7} string is different in every machine.
