Question Cursor XP

Is it available for win98SE? On the website, all it has it for is 2000 and XP.

From the FAQ:

Will CursorXP work on Windows 95, 98, NT or ME?

No. It requires certain visual APIs that only exist on Windows 2000 and XP.

So there's no version for win98SE? Strictly 2000 and XP? No older version that works on 98?
