When you say "serious crash," what exactly happened? If it was bad enough, your only solution may be to reinstall everything.

After restart i was told comp recovered from a serious error and was driver related i havent installed a driver for many weeks.
I fixed th problem by renaming it on install i think this is an temporary fix and i dont think problem will go away. Oh well when it really breaks then i might loook into fixing it |

Back up your database and completely uninstall ICQ - then reinstall it and bring the database back in.
