Crash
My comp crashed over a month ago and now every time I run a microsoft something like word or exel I get a compile error in hidden module: autoexec. Also word perfect stopped working along with a lot of dll errors I fixed most of the dll problems but how do I fix the autoexec error. By the way my stepfather got upset and cut the power off in the middle of its shut down when it froze and it totaled windows so think twice before you cut off the power.

Yeah, I hear you. One of my clients cut the power and corrupted the Windows installation. XP had to be reinstalled.
Regarding your PC, have you run scandisk? Have you scanned for virii?

Try uninstalling the crashing app and reinstalling it.
What exactly does the message say? Can you copy it and paste it here? |
