Microsoft Access 2000---Trouble with Report
I'm using Microsoft Access 2000, and I am trying to build a report that references about 14 queries. Using the wizard, I methodically add each of the 14 queries. When I click "Finish", I receive this error message:
"You have chosen fields from record sources which the wizard cannot connect. You may have chosen fields from a table and from a query based on that table. If so, try choosing fields from only the table or only the query." I've tinkered around, trying to figure this out, but to no avail. If I try to build a report that references only one of these 14 queries, it works just fine. However, once I add another query to be referenced, I get the error message. The 14 queries are all designed to be run at the same time when a macro is triggered by a command button on a form. The form is used to collect the date parameters used by the queries. Any help would be greatly, greatly appreciated. I've actually tried building a query that references all the other queries, but again, using the wizard, after adding all the queries and clicking "Finish", I receive the exact same message. I'm convinced it has something to do with the fact that the queries rely on parameters that are determined by the entries submitted by form. Any ideas??????? Please help. |
