I love it. Great free suite. It's a bit bloated but does a great job. Still cant figure out how to save text as formatted .asc for AutoCad. Maybe someone else here knows of a plugin for this. If i can find that I can get rid of office for good, cep't outlook of course.

I use the Linux version and it's great, everything I need from an office suite is available, and it supports M$ formats.

Bloated? It's only a 50 meg download, and it only eats 110 megs of disk space - that's a fraction of M$ or Corel. The only external software it needs on Windows is the Sun Java Runtime Environment - which works better than the M$ Virtual Machine anyway.

If I didn't already *own* M$ Office 97 and need a few of its exclusive features I'd use Open Office exclusively.

I used the Linux version and also liked it very much. More than the StarOffice that comes with SuSe.

Although it delays in loading.
