Outlook Express Wrong Received Time

I just noticed this today. I reformatted my pc 2 days ago. I have outlook express 6. When I receive an emial the time will be off by 3 hours every time. I sent one from my yahoo and at 5:10 but on my received time in outook express is says 2:10. Does anybody know how to fix this?

The time is controled by the time zone that the ISP is in.

Nevermind i fixed the problem. I had my time on my computer set to central when it should have been set to eastern.
