audio grabbing!

what is the most effective software on ripping cd's and converting them to mp3's. i used Audiograbber before and im not happy with the software. can't explain why.

I use CDex for ripping, even thought i dont use it much anymore. I havent used anything else, but CDex is really easy to use and I like it. You can get it from www.download.com and it's free

Another vote for CDex.
But, I like Audiograbber.
I have nothing against it, at the least.
