cant delete file

i have a file that i cant delete, move, open or manipulate in any way that ive found yet. i think i downloaded it or something but not sure. its not a virus or anything-i hope- i think its just corrupted. how would i be able to delete?

Try looking at its file attributes and uncheck everything. Try deleting.

Try renaming it, then delete it.

Or, if it still hasn't been deleted, try booting up in safe mode, trying the two things above, then delete.
